Did An Inland Hurricane Completely Fuck Iowa?

10 million acres of crops have been flattened in Iowa and farming and industrial complexes have been destroyed.

The devastation was caused by a rare inland hurricane or ‘Derecho’ which ripped through the state leaving a path of destruction behind it.

The damage is expected to rise well above $1 billion.

More than a week later, upward of 30,000 customers remain without power, down from 590,000, as residents continue the lengthy recovery process.

The 130 mph wind complete crumpled steel structures across the state.
